This home is the perfect place for Cornish winter break, fully equipped with everything that you would expect from your own home. The spacious kitchen has everything that you need to cater for all your cooking needs.
There’s a separate dining room, which leads out on to your own private patio. Surrounded by mature gardens, and the rolling countryside, complete with outdoor furniture.
There is an outdoor games room too, which can be accessed via the patio. A place to enjoy some quality time with family and friends or keep those with more energy entertained whilst you relax.
The whole home has fresh, modern, coastal décor, which will make sure that you feel relaxed and in holiday mode from the moment you enter the home. The living space has ample seating, so everyone can relax and enjoy spending time together. With a 50 inch TV and free super fast Wi-Fi too.
A perfect place for a peaceful sleep…
Go up the nautical staircase and there are four large bedrooms. With two double rooms, one twin room (the twin beds can be made in to a double) and bunk beds, there is plenty of space here. Enjoy the views over the Cornish countryside in one of the double rooms, with a king-sized bed and there is also a twin room at the back. At the front of Chestnut House you will find another room with a king-sized bed, with ample wardrobe space, and an ensuite shower room. The bunk bed room is perfect for young children. Upstairs there’s a bathroom, complete with a bath, and downstairs there is also a toilet and sink.
All the beds are made up and towels are included, along with essential cleaning products, and a bespoke Welcome Hamper, complete with Cornish Produce, tea and coffee, apple juice and Fizz.
What to bring with you:
Bedding and towels are included, as are kitchen appliances such as plates, cups and cutlery. Morrison’s and Lidl are just down the road, for all of your essentials.
