  • When is my payment due?

    If you book directly with us, your balance is due 10 weeks before. If you book through The Sun, we require payment 28 days prior to your arrival. Please go to your online account (only accessible if you have booked online directly with Hendra), which you can access via our website or give us a call on 01637 875778 to make a payment.

  • What if I have booked the wrong time or date for swimming?

    If you send us an email to oasis@hendra-holidays.com with the time and date you originally booked for, along with the time and date you want to change it to. Also, please let us know your booking number and postcode. We can then sort this out for you. Please do this as soon as you can.

  • Can delivery of provisions be arranged?

    There is a supermarket on site which stocks a comprehensive range of goods. You can arrange a delivery via a Supermarket website. You would need to meet them at our main roundabout as they aren’t able to go right to your caravan or pitch. We recommend scheduling delivery for 5 PM, as that aligns with the check-in time.

  • Is the Oasis pool open to non-residents?

    Yes, our Oasis Pool Fun Pool is open to non-residents. Slots are subject to availability. You must pre-book in advance here. You can book from 7 days prior to when you plan to swim.

  • How far away are you from the beach?

    We are about a 5-10 minute drive away from the town centre where Fistral Beach, Towan Beach, Tolcarne Beach and Great Western Beach are all located.

  • What do I do if myself or someone in my party is feeling unwell?

    Please call 111, or your own GP, if you are feeling unwell and they will advise you.

  • Do I have to book for the Terrace Bar and Restaurant?

    No, our Terrace Bar and Restaurant and the Deck Bar is first come first serve.

  • What entertainment will be on during my stay?

    You can look at the schedules here. and there will also be information boards around the site with the entertainment and activity schedules.

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in our main facilities for all guests to use. For those who would like to purchase Wi-Fi packages in their accommodation or pitch, this is available through our Wi-FI provide, Camping Connect. Please note this option is not available for accommodation in our Maple field.

  • What time is check in and out?

    Check in is from 5pm and check out is 10am. Our Meadow Lodges have priority check in.
