It's been great so far the first half of the week and over Easter. Looking forward to what the second half of the week brings for us. I'm sure it won't disappoint as it never has in all the years we've been coming.

The entertainment team are amazing. They always make our stay such a fun one. The kids might be older now, but that doesn't mean we have any less fun, and still join in with the dances!

This year was our 25th anniversary!! Yep, 25 years of visiting Hendra for 3 weeks in August. And as the kids have grown up and had their own babies they come along too !! Magical place to make magical memories!!

Back in 2017 me and my family went to Hendra holiday park for the first time and loved it so much we came back in 2018 and 2023. Sacha was my favourite entertainer so seeing her again made my day

I was so incredibly overwhelmed with the compassion and understanding from the Oasis indoor pool team! My 9 year old daughter has Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder and struggles in noisy busy places and also has a lot of social anxiety’s. My daughter was so desperate to go on the Green Slide at the pool but was absolutely terrified. The life guard on duty at the top of the slide came to speak with myself and my daughter after seeing her struggle. She explained each slide at the pool to us and tried to help my daughter with her fears and anxiety’s. She even radioed to another life guard to be on stand by at the bottom for when my daughter went down the slide. My daughter even waved out to him and said hi on the radio! She spent a lot of time reassuring my daughter and explaining how safe the slides are and the measures they take to ensure the safety of all the swimmers there. Although my daughter couldn’t bring herself to go down the slide she still sat on it with me at the top (which is massive progress). You left both my daughter and myself feeling heard, understood and cared for. You made our holiday! Thank you so very much - we can’t wait to return next year and who knows…. Maybe that’ll be the year my daughter finally braves the slide! ♥️

The moment we booked to come back in 2023, we were so happy!! Just in a pure moment of enjoying our first time in Cornwall and having a whole year to look forward to coming again!!!

Myself, my partner and our 5 month old baby came to Hendra in June this year on our first family holiday. My partner proposed to me in the caravan so it will now always hold a special place in my heart and we look forward to coming back every year. There is so much to do, regardless of your child’s age which we found was amazing. We’re looking forward to coming back already!!!!!

This is Joseph our gorgeous grandson, we have been coming to Hendra for Approx 25 years with our children they are now bringing their children, this is Joseph’s first visit and he loved it just as much as us ?

Family Time

We've been coming to Hendra for several years but we normally only come at Easter so we haven't been in the outdoor pool before. This year we booked Easter and May half term and how lucky we've been with this weather! We loved chilling on the grass, cooling off in the pool and having ice creams and drinks from the pool bar!

Preston’s birthday usually always falls in Half Term! He had the best week celebrating his 7th birthday and meeting Henry for the second time. Younger Sister Emmie also fell in love with him for the first time and we will definitely return. Thank you Hendra!

We've been visiting Hendra for 9 years now, and have recommended the park to many of our friends, with many visiting. This year we decided to take advantage of the great weather and visited St. Ives. What a beautiful place, and only less than an hour away from Hendra.

We had another fab break at Hendra and made even better our football team got promoted

Had a fantastic week camping at Hendra. Absolutely loved it. Definitely the best place we have stayed in England.

We have been coming to Hendra for many many years as a full family with my parents. This year, my son joined us which was lovely to have a new generation of the family experience his first Hendra holiday.

We love returning to Hendra in our Campervan. Admiring the immaculately kept grounds and gardens. You’d think you were abroad lounging round the outdoor pool. Winning South West Holiday Park of the year is well deserved. Can’t wait to be back soon Sean & Bev.

Our favourite place since Asa has been born in 2016

Layla and Noah have visited every year in August since being born - it is their happy place. They look forward to staying in the caravan and splashing around in the pool. Hendra holds such precious memories for our families and we cannot wait to some back in 2023.

Brilliant Halloween fun for the girls this October at hendra. Pumpkin picking and the ghost train were fantastic. AJ coming out of the coffin was priceless!!

We visited this August with our newest addition; Aurorah. We had the best time (as always) and can’t wait to return next August.

After a fun filled summer we came for Halloween and Hendra did not disappoint the kids loved the pumpkin man ?

Had an amazing 2 week stay! Already booked to return for 2 separate holidays next year. All staff were amazing but Mark from security was brilliant, our son was sick so needed to use the laundrette, we had no cash and he gave us enough to get everything washed!

Harry had lots of fun choosing his pumpkin. He was in such a rush he tripped over and landed in the pumpkin pile! ?muddy fun is the best fun.

This is my third stay at Hendra and its always amazing This is the first time we've had a go at Bingo! Sadly no win for us this holiday....but there's always next year!

We LOVE being able to come here and be part of all the fun and games every evening. It wouldn't be a holiday without coming to Hendra. Thank you to everyone for more fabulous memories x

We have been coming to Hendra for the last 6 years and absolutely love it ! We have the same pitch and it honestly feels like we're coming home every time we visit! Cannot wait to visit twice next year!

On our first night at Hendra I managed to fall and break my forearm. As my partner cannot drive this limited us to the site for our stay. But thanks to all of the helpful staff on site such as Petra (first aide), Nigel, Geoff and others we still had a great time. They checked up on myself and my partner regularly and could not have been more helpful. The operations manager also took the time to call and enquire how we were and to ask if he could help at all. Overall a great family and couples site, clean, tidy, with a shop, bar, cafe, swimming pools and most importantly great people. Thanks to all at Hendra we will return again and recommend the site to all looking for a safe friendly location. ?

24 th consecutive season at our favourite Cornish Destination. And now the family book their own pitches. But still invade ours for dinner?? So 2023 will be our silver anniversary at lovely Hendra !! We cannot wait ??

Great weekend celebrating my 50th birthday. We've been holidaying for last 25 years at Hendra and we've seen many changes for the better!

We had a great stay over Easter and enjoyed all the activities there were on including face painting, lots of crafts and an Easter egg hunt with the Easter bunny! ?

Thank you for another amazing break, we come most years and I have grown up coming to Hendra and my boys will follow in my footsteps.

Well what can we say our stay was fantastic my son loved it and made lots of friends. We stayed in the new caravans and everything was perfect. When we stayed last year nothing was open due to COVID (we still had a great time) so to see everything open was brilliant. We are booked in again for next Easter and cannot wait!

Waiting at the train stop to see Henry! Every morning of our holiday we get up early and scooter down to go on the train around Hendra, the train is really good and we get to meet Henry and Henrietta!!

We had the best Halloween half term at Hendra. So many great activities for the children. Another fantastic holiday.

After such a disappointing year and lots of upset, WE MADE IT to our favouritist place on the ?!! After 11 years of staying with you we think it was our BEST ever!! The EXPERIENCE, SERVICE, and HARD WORK your team put into making everyone safe was incredible!! Thank You!

My son has autism and learning difficulties and loves Hendra. He’s so happy here and really enjoys the water slides and the entertainment at the deck bar.  He gets so excited when he’s sees the Hendra sign on arrival.  Can’t wait to see you all soon.

What can I say... We have just left and had the best time ever! Our whole experience of Newquay has been fantastic, from fun on the site, to adventures, to the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters. The site is all round great fun and with the most pleasant staff who couldn't be more obliging. The park should be very grateful for their staff's efforts! In particular Jeff the maintenance man who was so helpful. The entertainment was great fun and the entertainers were so upbeat and brill with the kids. Thank you all!

Been coming to Hendra for approx 28 years .... came for a weeks holiday while we got married ... so had a meal by the pool with our guests after then partied in the club on the evening ... it was a baking hot day in July 1996 !!!

We won't forget this summers evening, watching the children play in the pool whilst my husband and I watched, sipping a drink on our loungers. We stayed there until the sun went down and it was bliss. Happy times at Hendra ?

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in cornwall and went to The Stable at Fistral beach for our anniversary meal. Afterwards we went for a stroll on Fistral beach and was lucky enough to witness this gorgeous sunset,  and captured our beautiful girls enjoying the last moments of the day in the sea.

We come every year to hendra and each year tops the last even with a world pandemic going on in 2020 we had a fabulous safe holiday full of fun and laughter. Hoping to return this year and make use of our annual pitch

We have been staying at Hendra every year since our daughter was 5 months old, even though last year was different we still enjoyed our hendra holiday... we will see you again in July our 4th time :)

This was after a lovely day of sightseeing...  we drove down to Lappa Valley which was EPIC... Fingers crossed for restrictions to be relaxed, it’s an annual thing for us.
