Making sure we have electric charging available for everyone is part of our commitment to a sustainable future. We also have a number of electric service vehicles that we use on the Park. Read on to find out how you can charge your vehicle on the Park, and where you can charge your vehicle in Newquay and Cornwall.

Charging your vehicle at Hendra Holiday Park

You can charge your vehicle at your caravan holiday home or pitch.

As we are a large Park, we think this works best, and then everybody that has an electric vehicle, has the opportunity to charge. This means that you won’t have to worry about not being able to charge your vehicle, so you can fully relax on your holiday in Cornwall.

Undertaking a longer journey with your electric vehicle can seem a little daunting at first. Luckily many places on the M5 and A30 have easily accessible and super fast charging points, so your journey can be stress free.

Can I charge my vehicle on the Park?

Yes, you use one of the three pin plugs inside your caravan or on your camping/touring pitch. You will need your own leads and adapters.
Do I have to pay?

Yes it is £15 for a pass, which can be used for 24 hours.
Where do I get a pass?

You can pay in advance for the permit, or you can purchase it from reception when you are on site.
Are there any charging points on the Park?

Yes, but these are older charging points and you would still need adapters (CEE). They are located in the car park behind The Venue, and next to the outdoor gym.
