On Wednesday mornings there is a ‘Quiet Session’ (1 hour and 20 minutes) for those with sensory sensitivities, this starts from 9am in peak summer holidays (6 weeks) and 10am at other times.

We understand that not all people like the music, so every Wednesday, the first session in the Pool is a quiet session with no music. You can book Quiet Session by booking the first session of the Wednesday.

NQY Rocks is a brand new Activity Centre at Hendra Holiday Park. With 17 Climbing Walls and 4-level soft play, along with a coffee shop. The whole building is wheel-chair accessible, with large double doors, a lift and wide pathways.

Our Quiet Sessions provide a more relaxed experience with reduced capacity and a quieter environment, making them ideal for guests who prefer a less busy atmosphere. Families can enjoy access to our exciting indoor activities while benefiting from a more comfortable and welcoming setting.

Sessions are Wednesday and Sunday mornings at 9am.

Everyone loves playing, but sometimes the noise and number of children can be overwhelming. With this in mind, we are now offering our peaceful play sessions.

Our quiet hour in the Playloft is for children who have different needs and prefer a more peaceful play experience with no music and reduced numbers. There is no need to book and the sessions take place on the on Wednesdays, 1.30pm until 2.30pm and on Thursdays from 4pm – 5pm. Please note, during off-peak times, we won’t run the quiet session due to the Park being quiet, and closing earlier on week days.

Our new Quiet Space is a place where play is lower sensory, private and quiet. It is a place for groups and families to play and relax in a lower sensory environment.

This room is designed to be used by one family or group at a time, for a 30-minute time slot.

The keys are available from the Play loft and must be returned afterwards.
