Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend Scheme
Overview
The Hendra Refer a Friend scheme allows customers to earn rewards by referring new customers to book a holiday. This scheme is open to any customers with a direct booking with Hendra Holiday Park.
How It Works
When a referee makes their first booking and deposit payment on a new customer account a £25.00 on-site spend voucher will be added to their booking. The referee simply needs to quote the name, post code and dates of their friends stay. The referrer’s account will also have a £25.00 on-site spend voucher added to their next booking.
Referee’s booking must be of a minimum value of £250.00, must be a new customer not associated with a name or address currently on our booking system and the booking must be made direct with Hendra; bookings made through third-party companies such as Hoseasons, the Sun, Pitch-up or Campsites.co.uk are not eligible.
The voucher must be redeemed at the time of booking.
Scheme Details
Scheme was launched on 9th March 2026 – so can be applied to any new refer a friend bookings after this date.
Vouchers can only be used in the following onsite facilities: The Oasis Pool, Terrace Bar & Restaurant, The Beach House, Fish & Chip Shop, Henry’s Playloft and The Venue.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or held as credit and are valid for the 2026 season only.
If either party cancel their booking, any vouchers issued will be revoked. If either party have already used their reward, the cancelling party will lose any deposit already paid.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Hendra reserves the right to revoke rewards and terminate accounts found to be violating the scheme and to modify or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice.
