Access for all: What to expect on your Hendra Holiday

what to expect

We’ve included all the information on what to expect on your first Hendra Holiday.

If you have any further questions at all then our friendly bookings team will be more than happy to help you with your query.

Arriving at the park

When you arrive, please park in the arrivals car park on the left and walk to Reception, which is where all guests should check in if staying in a holiday home or camping or touring (in most cases). Guests with large touring caravans or motorhomes should follow the signage to the separate parking area, and during peak times you may be directed to the dedicated Touring and Camping Reception.
Holiday Home key collection is from 5pm (if your accommodation is ready earlier we will text you, although this cannot be guaranteed), Meadow Lodge and Chestnut House key collection is from 3pm, and touring and camping guests may head to their pitch from 12pm.
Check-out is 10am for all holiday homes, Meadow Lodges, Chestnut House, camping and touring. If you arrive late, the night warden will have your key and can be contacted on 07967 852152. For Saturday arrivals, campers and tourers may use the holding field if arriving overnight; this is open during the six-week holidays on Friday nights only from 10pm, starting Friday 17th July.
