Hendra Holiday Park is a five-star family Park in Newquay looking for Bar Staff.
Hendra is a family owned Park and we aim to give guests a friendly and fun holiday experience. We pride ourselves on being a good place to be for guests and staff and want you to enjoy working here as much as guests like coming to Hendra.
This job role provides a wonderful opportunity to join our fun, vibrant and friendly bar crew that produces an outstanding bar service in three separate establishments at Hendra Holiday Park.
- Marios Pizzeria
- The Venue (cabaret bar)
- The Terrace Restaurant
Mainly you will be serving a fine variety of beverages, but at Hendra Holiday Park we believe there is more than just a beverage service. You will be delivering a customer experience that is full of energy, warmth and passion, leaving the customer with a feeling of happiness.
Who we are looking for:
A passionate individual who takes pride in themselves and their work, who is confident with providing friendly, welcoming and pleasant customer interaction.
Roles will include
- Taking drink and food orders using our till system.
- Interacting with a large number of guests.
- Understanding our allergen booklet and beverage menu.
- Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
Experience:
Although experience is preferred it is not essential as we do provide training. However other qualities we value more importantly are punctuality, enthusiasm, confidence and reliability, with the willingness to learn, develop and work well within a team. Bring these qualities and we will do the rest. You must be over 18 due to current licensing laws.
We are a family run holiday Park who prides our self on providing great customer service, so a large focal point will be ensuring high standards of customer service are provided and maintained.
