Your role as an Accommodation Supervisor will be to check that all allocated units of accommodation have been cleaned to the high standards expected of a multi-award winning 5* holiday park.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners to deliver accommodation to the specification set by the company within the allotted time of a changeover, reporting any maintenance or inventory issues identified. You will work as part of a team, but will ultimately be responsible for making sure that your allocated accommodation meets our customer’s expectations by delivering the perfect caravans and lodges.
No customer interactions will be required.
The ideal candidate will have very good interpersonal skills, being able to listen and communicate effectively with other staff members and enjoy working as part of a team.
You will be quality oriented in your work and motivated to produce excellent standards, issuing constructive advice where necessary and maintaining good working relationships. You will have a flexible attitude and approach to your work.
Although experience is preferred it is not necessary, with training included and equipment provided.
Duties: To supervise caravan cleaners in performing their duties, to check and prepare allocated caravans or lodges to company standards, as required by the Housekeeping Manager on changeover days, typically Monday, Friday and/or Saturday.
Report any maintenance or inventory issues identified.
Follow procedure for lost property, keys, security, linen and stock.
Check departed caravans by 3.00pm to ensure Inventory and Laundry Assistants and Maintenance has sufficient time to complete their quality replacements and safety inspection before customers check in at 4 pm.
Be prepared to assist with any other duties that might be needed and support back-office processes once checking duties are completed.
