Cornwall is 50% cheaper than Majorca!
According to the Daily Telegraph a holiday in Cornwall is 50% cheaper than a holiday in a destination such as Majorca! Despite food and fuel being comparatively cheaper abroad a holiday for a typical family of four in Majorca came out at around £4,400 against a similar week in Cornwall for around £2,500. With Cornwalls famous mild and sunny climate it certainly makes sense to consider a UK holiday, in fact, when the costs are compared, taking a longer UK holiday or even two breaks instead works out at far better value!
