Thousands flock to Cornwall..

Every year more and more are booking early shortbreaks and holidays in Cornwall. Its renowned mild climate and glorious coast and countryside is becoming increasingly popular. TV viewers of ‘Echo Beach’ or the ‘Baby Borrowers’ will already be familiar with a couple of Newquay’s beaches, Watergate and Tolcarne, and Hendra is an ideal location for not only exploring Newquay but the rest of Cornwall too!

As well as the attraction of film crew spotting, Newquay and Cornwall can offer a huge wealth of other entertainment and activities in the spring and early summer too. The nearly deserted beaches attract early season surfers, and its the best time for walking the coast path or cycling on the quieter roads. Some of Cornwall’s gardens are at their most spectacular and if you’ve ever promised yourself a dinner at Rick Steins or Jamie Oliver’s ‘15’ then now is the ideal time to get a table!
